How To Be Awesome
- Plan, Plan, Plan, and Prepare: 2:1 ratio: It takes 2 hours of planning for every 1 hour of delivery
- Agenda should include extensive details of what you'll say
- Know how you will transition
- Allow for choice: Give opportunity for choice on how to implement change
- Participants need a little learning and a lot of practice
- Start and end on time
- Attend to the environment... details matter
- Ask for feedback
- Celebrate!
