I haven't created an ePortfolio.... YET!

What a task, even thinking about where to start when it comes to an ePortfolio. So many questions .come to mind still.

1. What is an ePortfolio?

2. Why start and ePortfolio?

3. Will anyone even look at it or know it exists?

4. What platform should I use?

5. Do I know anyone who has a ePortfolio?

The list could go on for pages!

When I started my ePorfolio I thought of all the platforms I've used before. I use Weebly for my website for my students at school. I have my middle school students create Google Sites. I kind of wanted to try something new. 

I got ideas from coleages and classmates. Wix, WordPress, Webnode. Hmmm... Some of these sites I've heard of and looked into, others never heard of them. So I started the journey. I looked into WordPress and with everything going on with Covid and inventorying all the tech issues and devices in my school it looked like too much. I also didn't care for the simple look of it. So I moved on. I started creating a Wix account. I had created a few pages and wasn't a huge fan of the work I was doing. 

I then moved onto Webnode and have stuck with Webnode. I liked the new, clean, and updated look of their template options. I no longer had to try to create a template, I could pick one that I liked and then tweak it. So far I have been very pleased with Webnode and have recommended it to others along this journey. I can see myself continuing my ePortfolio for years to come.
